On the other hand, they also need someone (their accountant?) to have some pessimistic tendencies, to temper their unbridled enthusiasm! Both traits are good to have under appropriate circumstances - but as an optimist myself, I tend to play up the advantages of looking at the glass as half full! Hi Jason
