What Would You Like to See in 2008?

As we move into 2008, I’m planning ahead for the topics to cover. I’d like to ensure that I include more of what you would like to see. I could review my stats, look at which articles got the most views and the most comments, and try to make some guesses based on that.
But, I thought it might be easier to ask you straight out. What topics would you like to see covered in more detail in 2008?

I think that under the category of “Delegating” I’d like to see a post about outsourcing– how do you decide which functions (accounting, production, etc.) to outsource?

Hi Sarah
Great topics - thanks for suggesting them. I know you’ve done quite a bit with outsourcing some of the production of your booties, which I’m sure others would be interested in. Additionally there are other opportunities for outsourcing administrative, accounting, etc.
I’ll add them to the list!
