Good point - the percentages change depending on what role you play - your staff probably has a much higher percentage of time generating revenue and doing administrative work. 

It's a different challenge for solo professionals who need to divide their own time accordingly.

In my firm, I spend a lot of time on  marketing and administrative tasks (50%), and not as much generating revenue (30%).  My staff generates revenue.

The rest of my time (20%) is probably spent on training and employee development.
