The numerical rating of fear works in many scenarios - 25 years ago a therapist used it as a drug-free method of curing me of the panic attacks which had plagued me for 7 years! My website/public speaking tips blog may be down for a few days as traffic has really increased this month and therefore bandwidth usage but if this happens, it should be back by the weekend.
